The importance of gender equity at the CDSA

In 2021, the CDSA collected data from the past five years on the issue of gender equity in sports. The data reveal that women are still underrepresented as athletes, coaches, and leaders. As a national sports organization, we have a responsibility to implement measures to bring about and sustain equity for women and girls in Canada.
