Safe Sport

Safe Sport at CDSA

CDSA is committed to fostering a sport environment that is safe, inclusive, and respectful for all participants. As a signatory of the Canadian Safe Sport Program, we are aligned with national efforts to prevent abuse, harassment, and discrimination in sport.

To support this commitment, we provide our members with access to an Independent Third Party, who operates at arm’s length from our organization to ensure that all concerns are handled fairly, respectfully, and confidentially. Complaints pertaining to CDSA can be communicated directly to the Independent Third Party.

Contact of Independent Third Party

We are committed to upholding Safe Sport principles and ensuring that all individuals feel safe, supported, and respected in their involvement in sport. The existence of this resource does not prevent individuals from contacting CDSA directly if they feel comfortable doing so.
