The Pan American Deaf Basketball Championship and Pan American Deaf Tennis Tournament are postponed to a later date (likely fall 2020)

General Information

The Pan American Deaf Basketball and Pan American Deaf Tennis Tournaments will be held from April 29 to May 3, 2020 in Montreal, Quebec. The Canadian Deaf Sports Association (CDSA) in partnership with Défi Sportif is organizing these two events.

The Pan American Deaf Basketball Tournament will allow to select the best three men’s teams and two best women’s teams for the 2021 Summer Deaflympics while the Pan American Deaf Tennis Tournament will allow young athletes to get points on the ICSD tennis ranking, which will help them improve their ranking for the 2021 Summer Deaflympics.
