Sera Kassab

About Sera: Sera Kassab is a Deaf mixed media artist with a BFA from Concordia University, specializing in painting, graphic design, photography, sculpture, and fiber art installations. Her artistic journey began at age 4, evolving into a means of communication to overcome her hearing loss. By 10, her creativity was turning heads, leading to professional art classes at 16 and her first exhibition at 17. Since then, she has immersed herself in various artistic endeavors, from acting in plays to teaching art and ASL classes, all while pursuing her passion for multimedia expression.

For Logo:The logo embodies the essence of diversity and strength. The Canadian maple leaf symbolizes pride in Canada, while the non-binary golfer represents individuals from all walks of life and genders, passionate about golf. The bold red color signifies resilience and determination, encouraging perseverance and pride. The shield represents both protection and power, reflecting the collective strength and unity within the community. Together, these elements create a symbol of inclusivity, determination, and pride in overcoming challenges.
