World Deaf Ice Hockey Championship 2025 Confirmed

The CDSA National Hockey Program will begin a new Deaflympic cycle.

« The Men’s World Deaf Ice Hockey Championship 2025 has been officially confirmed, with five countries entered across two regions, meeting the criteria for an internationally recognised competition.

In the women’s division, only two countries have submitted teams, both from the same region, which does not meet the criteria for official recognition. The Vancouver 2025 Organising Committee will explore the possibility of arranging a competition for the women’s national teams.

All participating federations are encouraged to secure hotel accommodations through the Organising Committee at their earliest convenience. The Final Entry deadline is 8 April 2025.

The ICSD wishes all national teams a successful and competitive experience at the World Deaf Ice Hockey Championship 2025 in Vancouver, Canada. »
